My name is Sarah Brewer and I am so thrilled to be teaching at Hertford Grammar School! This is my 9th year teaching, and I truly love what I do. I grew up in south Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. Some awards I have been honored with include Star Teacher in 2014 and Teacher of the Year in 2017.
My family and I have traveled the country with the United Sates Coast Guard. States we have lived in include: Texas, Alaska, Florida, and North Carolina. Our life is one big, exciting adventure!

Mrs. Xiques and I are delighted to work on the same team! We have known each other for several years and our goal is to provide a creative learning environment for each and every one of our students.

We work on a block schedule, in which I teach Reading and Science, and she teaches Math and Social Studies.
